ONLINE BOOKINGS
A few things to know - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
All online bookings require a 50% deposit paid upon booking. Deposits will be fully refunded if cancelled within 48 hours of appointment.
Skin testing
All colour appointments require an up-to-date skin test.
If you are a new customer to the salon
You must book your skin test for at least 48 hours prior to your colour service. We strongly recommend coming to see us for a consultation before booking your colour service. This way we can give you the correct advice on what colour service will best suit your colour goals and skin test you accordingly.
Skin tests and consultations can be booked in online along with all other services.
Returning customers to the salon
You must have had a colour service in our salon within the last 6 months to not require another skin test. Please ensure you book a skin test in if your last colour service was longer than six months ago.
Skin testing, when else to have one
If you are a new customer to the salon, you will need a skin test.
If your last colour appointment with the salon was more than 6 months ago.
If you are wanting to change your colour, you will need another skin test.
If you are pregnant, we recommend having another skin test.
If you have recently had a tattoo or henna tattoo, you will need another skin test.
If you have recently had semi-permanent make-up you will need another skin test.
If you have recently suffered an allergic reaction, you will need another skin test.
Please note, we are unable to colour anyone under the age of 16. Proof of age may be required.
Failure to book your skin test or not turning up to your skin test appointment will mean you will not be able to keep your colour appointment and could result in losing your deposit.
The salon must have a record of an up-to-date skin test within our system for you to be able to go ahead with your colour appointment. If we are unable to locate a record of your recent skin test we will get in touch via phone or email to arrange for you to come in for another skin test prior to your colour services.
When booking your colour appointment, please ensure you select a second service alongside your colour service, this may be a wash cut and finish, if you do not require a cut please select a blow dry service.
Deposit payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking on all colour services, and colour service appointments with a linked cut and blow dry / blow dry.
It's quite normal for colour appointments to take anywhere between 3 – 5 hours. Due to the amount of time required we ask that a 50% deposit is taken.
If you need to change your appointment, and you give us more than 24 hours’ notice, we can move your deposit over for your next appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, and you have given us more than 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you need to change your appointment, and you give us more than 24 hours' notice, we can move your deposit to your new appointment date.
Failure to cancel or giving us LESS than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your full deposit.
We ask that you respect our time and understand that by not turning up or cancelling last minute means that we are unable to offer the slot to another client. In busy periods, we do have a waiting list, so if we are given good notice, we are able to offer another client to take your cancelled slot.
You will receive an email confirmation straight away, and you will also receive a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment.
Deposits can be paid in the salon or over the phone, your appointment can not be secured until you have paid your deposit.
